On September 8, 1989, the events began with a concert by the uncanny Johnny Griffin in the “Reigen-Live”, a hall that was created from the ashes of the historic “Schönbrunnkeller”.

Since then, more than 150 concerts have been held every year and thousands of national and international musicians have performed, including countless absolute world stars who have given us unforgettable experiences.

The program ranged from jazz to world music, blues, Latin, chanson to electronic and avant-garde. The variety of musical forms of expression and the people who compose them was and is important to us.

Our menu offers something for everyone & provides a cozy setting to make every live concert a wonderful experience! From Viennese classics such as our famous baked Emmental or a Wiener Schnitzel, vegetarians also get their money’s worth. With our dishes, we are happy to be inspired by seasonal products and our international music acts.
